Most merge tools process files in add order. Our drag-and-drop interface lets you set the exact sequence before committing — avoiding the extra split-and-redo when document order was wrong.
After merging, use PDF Compressor to trim the combined file size before sending.
Internal hyperlinks within each source document are preserved. Cross-document bookmarks that reference pages in other files are not automatically remapped — you would need a PDF authoring tool to rebuild those after merging.
You need to unlock password-protected files before merging. Our tool processes open, unlocked PDFs only. Attempting to include a locked file will produce an error.
No hard limit — performance depends on your device memory and the combined total page count. Dozens of files totaling several hundred pages merge in seconds on standard hardware.
